Terms for using Trovalo.

These terms explain how Trovalo may be installed, licensed, used, and supported. Customers should review and accept these conditions before activating the software.

Important

This page is a practical starting draft. Before selling widely, have an attorney review the final wording for your business, state, and software licensing needs.

1. License Use

Trovalo is licensed to the customer for use on the number of computers or users allowed by the purchased license. The software may not be copied, shared, resold, or installed beyond the licensed use without written permission.

2. Trial License

A trial license may be provided for evaluation. Trial licenses are temporary and may expire after the trial period. Continued use after the trial requires a paid license.

3. Serial Number and Unlock Key

The customer is responsible for keeping the Serial Number and Software Unlock Key secure. These codes are used to activate Trovalo and may be limited to the licensed computer, office, or number of users.

4. Customer Data

The customer is responsible for the accuracy, maintenance, and backup of records entered into Trovalo, including documents, folders, employees, users, notes, and master data.

5. Support

Support may be provided for installation, activation, basic setup, and software questions. Custom database work, data repair, training, or on-site assistance may require a separate service agreement.

6. Updates

Trovalo may release updates to improve features, correct issues, or support new settings. Customers should install updates only from Trovalo or an authorized source.

7. No Guarantee of Legal Compliance

Trovalo provides tools for managing records and printing forms, labels, and stamps. The customer is responsible for making sure their records, certifications, notary use, and document procedures comply with applicable laws and office policies.

8. Acceptance

By installing, activating, or using Trovalo, the customer agrees to these terms and accepts responsibility for proper use of the software.
